I admit it, I am a foodie. I am also a lover of wine, and the intersection of food and wine is a corner that I can’t leave. Nothing is more interesting than a perfect pairing – a wine that makes the food taste better, and dish that makes a wine sing. I love to play with the classics and develop new pairings of my own.
